Complaints Procedure

TinyTots Childminding Complaints Procedures are:

Trish wants everyone to be happy, healthy and safe whilst at TinyTots-Childminding. If for any reason you feel something is not right I ask that you would firstly give me the opportunity to try and resolve any issues. I am always willing to do whatever I can for the parent/carers and their children. Please find below my complaints procedure.


If you have a complaint or issues either involving your child or me the Childminder as a whole I would ask that you would initially contact me so that I maybe able to understand and resolve the problem. If you are not completely satisfied with the outcome you should then contact Ofsted who will investigate your complaint further.  At all points throughout this process parents/carers will be kept informed of the progress of the complaint. As a registered childcare facility I seek to resolve all issues and complaints fairly.
